The players were randomly grouped upon arrival which meant the team working started with minutes of arriving! Learning new names and making new friends.

The morning was based on a giant, super hero themed, board game which set practical challenges ranging from kite making to invisible football and counting in foreign languages to making bunting!!

After a break for lunch, which included a few games of indoor dodge ball frisbee (which they LOVED!), the players were given the opportunity to interview the graduates working with them. Putting their conversation skills to the test!

Finally, back in their groups, with their graduates, the players all created and performed their own super hero shows, on stage! Amazing costumes, lots of laughs and great teamwork.

The feedback we have received from the kids who took was really positive. A great day with their team mates - and not a rugby ball in sight!

The kids were a credit to the club.
