Company Secretary required for the Board

Do you have a few hours space each month??We are looking for someone to take on the Voluntary role of Club secretary.
The position is a voluntary position and if you feel you could give something back to the club it will include:-
Administration services, attending Board meetings, recording Minutes and liaising with Companies House and the Charity Commission. Organising the AGM is part of the role, working closely with the Board to ensure all runs smoothly.
The Trading Board meets monthly and the Charity Board at least quarterly, usually in the early evening. If you feel you have the skills we would be very grateful for your help. I will be happy to discuss the role in more detail. Please ring or email me for further information.
