Ex Kendal player Mark Bright has been named in Englands Commonwealth Games Sevens squad, with games being played in Ibrox Stadium, Glasgow on July 26th & 27th July.

Steve Whitehead said that "Brighty was a cracking player in his time with us and he was a pleasure to have around the place. I'm really pleased that he's been recognised for the England 7's at the Commonwealth Games and I'm sure that he'll do a great job for England.
I'm sure that everyone at Kendal Hornets will look forward to seeing him play well at the upcoming Commonwealth Games."
