We are delighted to hear that we are to receive the KCS Award 2018 for building design. This award, for new or restored buildings, is given to recognise a building with a high standard of design and construction, which enhances Kendal. The citation notes that the new rugby Club site fits well into the surrounding land and is an asset to the town in both its appearance and the facilities available.
We look forward to receiving the commemorative plaque later in October.
