Mark Wilson is in the England Squad to play Barbarians on Sunday May 31st

Congratulations to Mark from all at Kendal RUFC. Mark started his career here and currently plays for Falcons.

This will give great inspiration to many young players at Kendal and shows when you add commitment, dedication and drive on top of natural ability, just what you can achieve.

Enjoy the start of your England career.

And to all the young ones that might not remember, Mark presented the End of Season awards....

Marks Bio:
Back-row Mark Wilson joined the Falcons full-time in the summer of 2010. A former student at Northumbria University, Cumbrian Wilson played his first rugby for local club Kendal, before making the move across the Pennines. A captain of England Students in the 2009-10 season, Wilson made three appearances for the Falcons that season in the LV= Cup, having been loaned from Blaydon. After a fantastic first full season at Kingston Park in which he made 29 appearances, the South Cumbrian won the Academy Player of the Season award. Wilson made 30 appearances during the 2012-13 season, and was in sublime fettle ending the campaign with the Ken Lockerbie Trophy.
