Those who missed the Club Dinner in May could be unaware that Mike Bowerbank finished his term as President at the end of last season. Mike had extended his Presidency to four years, from the normal three, to help the Club over the difficult period of moving to the new site last summer. We are all grateful to Mike for his sterling efforts and thank him for his continuing support.
The esteemed Arthur Perie is our new President and is looking forward to welcoming members and visitors to our Club during the forthcoming season.

AGM. Traditionally held in July, last year we moved the AGM to the end of September as we were effectively homeless between May and mid-September when we moved to the new site. Our accounts are due at the end of August and so we shall aim to have the AGM in early October. Date and time to be confirmed.

Volunteers. My annual plea for help from members who would like to support the Club. We have a diminishing pool of helpers and would be grateful for assistance in any way. As an example, the Board has no Company Secretary at present nor do we have a Fixture Secretary. There are also opportunities to help in a more physical way undertaking maintenance. If you would like to help please contact myself, Steve Whitehead or any member of the Board.
