Camps run every day from 10am to 3pm and include a range of rugby skills, drills and activities as well as rugby related games and age group breakdown for specific sessions.
They are open to ages 6-16 and welcome all abilities. Camp participants receive five hours of coaching from DBS cleared RFU qualified Falcons Community Foundation coaches, a PRA Camp T-shirt as a memento of their day, a visit from a Newcastle Falcons player and a free ticket for a falcons game!*

All attendees need to bring a packed lunch, water-bottle and weather appropriate rugby clothing. This should include trainers as well boots, shorts and tracksuit bottoms, warm tops, mouth guard**, waterproof top, warm hat and sun cream. Full Kit list will be provided with confirmation (Some of this list may be subject to weather).

*subject to availability
** Mouth guards are mandatory for those players aged U9s and up. For U7s and U8s players the use of mouth guards is optional.
