Sale Sharks Rugby Camps give boys and girls from 6 - 13 years old (U7s to U14's) who are taking part in rugby the chance to experience top-quality rugby coaching in a professional environment.

Each child will receive three days of expert training where they can expect to play up to five hours of rugby each day. Coaching is provided by RFU qualified coaches who will ensure the attendees receive the best opportunity to improve their skills whilst also having fun in a safe environment. All attendees will be offered expert feedback on their progress and given advice on which aspects of their game need strengthening.

The Rugby Camp price includes:

All attendees need to bring a packed lunch, waterbottle and rugby clothing appropriate for the weather. This should include trainers and boots, shorts and tracksuit bottoms, warm tops, mouth guard*, waterproof top, warm hat and suncream. (some of this list may be weather specific!)

*Mouth guards are optional for those participants aged 6-7, and mandatory for those aged 8 and over.

Due to the RFU Continuum, girls aged 12 or over need to train with girls in the same age bracket. If there aren’t enough girls in this category to have a coaching group, a full refund will be given to any of the applicants in this category. A decision will be made a week prior to the camp. All girls below this age will not have any such issues.
