Give Ladies Rugby a Try…
Kendal RUFC are hosting 3 taster sessions for anyone interested in starting or trying out ladies rugby.
These sessions are designed for beginners who have either played a little or not at all. They are designed to be progressive so at the end of the last session you will have a basic idea of how to play rugby, but if you can’t make them all, don’t worry, you can still join in!

Monday 17th August, 7pm – 8pm
Monday 24th August, 7pm – 8pm
Monday 31st August, 7pm – 8pm
