Sandal sit in third place in the table, just two points ahead us in seventh, and we both are part of a group of five teams with six wins
Their record is also similar to our own, with home losses against Huddersfield and Rossendale, but they lost at Wirral where we won, and have yet to play Hull.
For those of us who were there at the end of the 2012/13 season, it was a painful afternoon, with Sandal inflicting Kendal's heaviest defeat, on a team on their way to relegation. Hopefully the team can turn the tables this time.
TEAM : A few changes again this weekend. Ross McKay makes his debut in the second row, whilst Matty Houghton and Jack Walker come into the back row.
Dini Noyo returns on the wing in place of Leo Mercer, whilst Damian Armstring moves into the centre in place of Zane Butler, and Mark Carruthers makes his season debut on the right wing
James Thompson and Willie Hintz join Richard Harryman on the bench
WEATHER : Bring a brollie as light rain is forecast – but that should mean it will be a little warmer
