This weekend’s visitors Percy Park have started the season with a win and two losses, and sit in tenth place, with six points, four places above Kendal (again don’t believe what is said elsewhere on the website, that we are in sixth)
An opening day loss to early League leaders Bradford & Bingley was followed by a bonus point win against Cleckheaton, whilst last week they got another try scoring bonus point despite a heavy defeat at Scarborough, who Kendal ran so close at Mintbridge a fortnight ago.
It will be their fourth visit to Kendal, the last being at the old Mint Bridge in 2012/13 when they won both games, Dini Noyo made his debut in the away game that season. The other games coming prior to the Leagues being set up in the late 1970s and early 1980s.

TEAM : No change up front last week, but a few changes behind the pack.
Jordan Johnson comes in at scrum half in place of Dini Noyo, Mark Carruthers makes a first start of the season, coming back from injury, in the centre with Kris Bratton dropping back to fullback in place of Nick Carlton. Rory Blakeley-Edwards comes in on the wing in place of Joe Cook. Jack Lashley and John Dervey both unavailable last week, come back on the bench with Lewis Kincart
