This Christmas Home Grown Sports Development and Kendal RUFC are pleased to be in partnership to deliver the "Christmas Player Development Workshops" as part of the #Homegrownrugby programme.

Kicking out of hand - basics 10am - 12pm.

Kicking out of hand - advanced 1pm - 3pm

Looking at refining the technique and developing decision making arounds the kicking game.

All staff are DBS cleared and RFU qualified, headed by Founder of Home Grown Sports Development and Head Coach of the Kendal Men's squads Garry Holmes.

All attendees will need to bring water-bottle and weather appropriate rugby clothing. This should include trainers as well as boots, shorts and tracksuit bottoms, warm tops, mouth guard, waterproof top, warm hat and sun cream (Some of this list may be subject to the weather conditions).
