About the Event
Kendal RUFC Rugby Camps are open to ages U9 - U14 and welcome all abilities.
They will run daily, from Wednesday 28th October - Friday 30th October.

Home Grown Sports Development and Kendal RUFC are pleased to be partners for the first Kendal RUFC Rugby Camp as part of the #Homegrownrugby programme.
The camp will run from 10am to 3pm each day and includes a range of rugby skills, activities and games all using the CARDS principles. Developing Creativity, Awareness, Resilience, Decision making and Self-Organisation; the coaching approach prepares players for life on and off the pitch.
The participant will be working within their age groups as much as possible. Camp participants receive five hours of coaching from DBS cleared RFU qualified Staff, headed by Founder of Home Grown Sports Development and Head Coach of the Kendal Men's squads Garry Holmes.
All attendees need to bring a packed lunch (if not pre-ordered at booking), water-bottle and weather-appropriate rugby clothing. This should include trainers as well as boots, shorts and tracksuit bottoms, warm tops, mouth guard, waterproof top, warm hat and sun cream (Some of this list may be subject to the weather conditions).
