The team will be taking the Calcutta Cup match ball from Murrayfield after meeting the Scotland team, down to Twickenham in 48 hours in aid of the Doddie5 Foundation, Doddie Weir’s charity you will have heard of. Ex-Scotland skipper and British Lion Rob Wainwright and Mark Beaumont (round the world cycling record holder) will be doing the cycling along with their extensive support crew (11 including riders) and they should arrive at the club at about 9/9.30am on Friday 15th. The schedule allows them 45 minutes or so, with a feed and warm up (!) before heading South.
