After the team's performance of the season so far, a lot of choices this week, but with another big points haul (15 after 21 against Cleckheaton) to take him to 109 points so far this season, Evan came out on top.
Most of the kicks were relatively easy (for Evan), but the real contribution came from his place kicking which kept pinning Harrogate back, and they had their fullback, who had an equally good game, to thank for not being forced to concede more points.
Tied a vote behind Evan were Aaron Stephens (who also kicked well but more importantly managed to deal with a lot of well positioned kicks from Harrogate); Andy Rogers (scorer of the try (a second in two games); winner of one of the penalties; and stand-in lineout specialist - as well as all the other hard work he does around the field); and Patrick Wolstenholme (had a role in the build up to the try, and made large amount of ground against a strong defence)
