AWAY win v Warrington keeps Kendal 2nd XV within a point of the league leaders Blackburn

A brilliant result from yet another AWAY win keeps Kendal's eye on the prize!

After 5 minutes Warrington took the lead with a penalty 3v0 and added a further penalty at 11 minutes 6v0, before Nathan Wooff struck back after 15 minutes with a self-converted try 6v7.

8 minutes later, Nathan Wooff once again touched down for his second try and again converted it to extend Kendal's lead to 6v14. Kendal kept the pressure up and 3 minutes later, Jack Lashley touched down for another Kendal try which this time was unconverted 6v19.

8 minutes before half-time Kendal were rewarded with another try, this time by scrum-half Matthew Kaye, converted by Nathan Wooff 6v26. Warrington then managed to squeeze two converted tries in just before half-time to close the half at 20v26.

Kendal struck first in the second half with a Nathan Wooff penalty pushing Kendal further ahead to 20v29, only to have it negated 1 minute later by another Warrington penalty 23v29.

The last score was in Kendal's favour, with the high scoring Nathan Wooff, with a personal tally of 22 points, knocking over a penalty 5 minutes from the end 23v32.

A great result, from a great team!
