TODAY Kick off 3.00pm

Fourth v Second.

Regardless of result the Kendal Second team cannot rise higher, but could get caught by Stockport (heard that before on the final day of the season somewhere recently?), if they win away at Birkenhead Park (7th)

The visitors could finish top, if they win and Manchester are defeated away at Preston Grasshoppers 3rd (6th), who the Kendal 2nds defeated last weekend

So should be a good game – the last chance for Senior Rugby at Mint Bridge (I think) although there is at least one County game and a Cup Final’s day

TEAM
Two changes from the pack selected last weekend, with Oscar Coxon (switching from fullback) to replacing Alex Ryder and Rhys Humphrys coming in for Matt Paxton

Joe Fiddler replaces Oscar Coxon at fullback whilst Ben Dixon and McKenzie Cousins come into the centre for Dan Greenwood and Anthony Gage

SUNDAY

The Wasps head to Birkenhead Park (8th) for their final game of the season. looking for the points to secure Second spot

Park who were defeated 31v7 at Mint Bridge just over a month ago, but played well despite having no Coaching team (Adrian was acting as their medic and was kept busy) and possibly no replacements.

Despite few wins for Park this season, if the Wasps do get the points to claim second place, they have Park to thank as they defeated Sefton away - so not a team to be underestimated.

TEAMS

A similar team to the one that won at Crewe & Nantwich a fortnight ago, but a few changes to last weekend at Driffield

Tamar Benson and Sarah Wilkinson swap places again. No Allysia Hine, so Kate Birchall comes in at outside half.

In the pack No Laura Reid so Aimee Sharpe moves into the second row with Siobhan Lamb coming into the back row

Amy Butler joins Abbie Nelson on the bench

A much changed Birkenhead Park team to the one that travelled to Mint Bridge last mointh.

Three new back; four new forwards; and four more on the bench, joining two who started at Mint Bridge
