Cumbria Senior Men hosted East Midlands at Carlisle Rugby Club on Saturday and earned an excellent 21 v 17 victory in their Bill Beaumont County Championship tie. Cumbria reached the half-way point with a 21 point lead without reply, but played the entire second half with 14 men after a red card and eventually ended the game with only 13 men after a futher yellow card.
