After 20 years of dedicated service as Club Chairman, Stephen Green has formally stepped down from the role and retired. Stephen's commitment and leadership over the past two decades have been instrumental in shaping our club, and we owe him an enormous debt of gratitude for everything he has achieved during his tenure.

While Stephen is retiring from the Chairman position, we're delighted to confirm he'll remain a regular presence at the club. In fact, he's already embraced his new title of "Estates Manager" – as we speak, he's at the club fixing a toilet seat! It's typical Stephen, and we're fortunate he'll continue to be involved.

Interim Chair Appointment

As an interim arrangement whilst we actively seek an appropriate permanent replacement, we're pleased to announce that Claire Park has been elected by the current board of directors as Interim Chair.

Claire has been involved with the board for the past three years and has worked very closely alongside Stephen in her role as Vice Chair. Many of you will know Claire as the wife of first team coach Chris Park, and mum to Jessica who works in No8.

Professionally, Claire is Chief Executive of a local charity and has previously held senior leadership roles within national charities. She offers consultancy support to small and medium-sized charities, particularly around service redesign and governance. Claire has experience in event management and coordinates our community firework event on behalf of the club. Claire also supports Chris in managing his building company by providing bookkeeping support.
