Passing of Brian Ferguson

It is with regret that we have to report the death of long time player and committee member Brian Ferguson.
Brian played in the late 1940s and into the 50s.
Although not the tallest of players, Brian played most of his rugby in the second row , (no. 12 in those days), often in the same pack as his brother Myers.
After retiring from playing, Brian was a tireless committee member for many years looking after the bar and clubhouse at the old Mint Bridge.
