Just a vote being Matt was Luke Atkinson, who had had a splendid first season, solid in defence and attack, and putting over two very difficult conversions on Saturday.

Six others got votes, but all a long way behind Matt and Luke.

With the season at an end, look out for the Man of the Season Vote, probably in early May.

Fourteen different players topped the individual poll this season, and at times before Christmas it seemed to be a different one every week.
