It was amazing to welcome Carlisle RUFC to meet our U7s at Mintbridge. 23 player joined in with a joint training session and some mixed games at the end. As coaches we could see a real benefit of meeting new people and training with them, as well as being able to play some games of rugby too. The highlight of the day was obviously Juice and food after!!!
